Connection problems
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app, then try the table code again.
- Private table codes expire when everybody leaves the table.
- Ranked matchmaking starts with three to six available players.
Accounts and passwords
Guest play does not require an email address. A permanent account lets you keep progress and appear on the leaderboard. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen if you lose access. Account deletion is available inside Privacy & Account and removes the associated profile and gameplay data.
Report or block a player
In a lobby, tap the menu beside a player's name. During a match, tap the shield button; in Pips & Treason you can also tap or hold a player or chat message. Reports are reviewed for inappropriate usernames, abusive chat, harassment, disruptive play or cheating. A Pips & Treason report includes recent table-chat context. Blocking prevents the two accounts from being placed at the same private or ranked table in the future. The current match continues so blocking cannot be used to avoid a ranked result.
Community rules
- Use an appropriate username.
- Do not harass, threaten or impersonate another person.
- Do not exploit bugs, automate play or manipulate ranked results.
- Repeated or serious abuse may result in account restrictions.
